Pastor Donald A. Cash SR and Melissa Cash along with their children, Anthony and Julia and a small group of believers, founded the Pentecostal Church of All Nations (PCAN) located in Southeast Nashville at the height of the COVID-19 Pandemic of 2020.
The Pastor
Rev. Donald A. Cash was appointed to be the Founding Pastor of the Pentecostal Church of All Nations on November 25, 2019 by the United Pentecostal Church International Tennessee District board per the recommendation of Bishop Ron Becton and Senior Pastor Roy Duke. Pastor Cash has been active in all aspects of ministry for twenty years in Connecticut, North Carolina, and Tennessee while working in the IT field. He has studied and faithfully served under Rev. Clifford Readout, Rev. Brent Watts, Rev. Ron Becton and Rev. Roy Duke.
Education has and will be a priority to Bro. Cash as he has attended Springfield Technical Community College, Western New England College, American International College, and Indiana Bible College. He has been a part of many extended training programs including Harvard Business School Program for Leadership Development, Apostolic Leadership institute, and Ministry Central’s Church Planting University.
In 2010, Pastor Cash had a vision to Make America Home to all willing immigrants and refugees in Middle Tennessee. Through his vision, thousands of people have benefitted through the set up of educational classes. These include speaking better English, reading, listening, job skills and naturalization. He also created a framework for English Language and Civics Classes to be taught effectively across the State of Tennessee and has also hosted seminars to provide churches the framework to host these classes.
In addition to his ministerial work, Pastor Cash has been a visionary business executive with 12+ years of entrepreneurial and corporate experience founding and maturing technology startups, and building strategic partnerships to support sustainable business growth and competitive advantage. He is a senior technology leader with 20+ years of customer success, consulting, and management experience in all facets of IT (Development, Infrastructure, Security, and Project Management). He has founded 7 companies/non-profit organizations and by the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, will be the hands that God builds, develops, and grows a church that consists of people from all nations in South East Nashville/Antioch, TN. This church is the Pentecostal Church of All Nations.
The Pastor's Wife
Melissa Cash graduated from Jackson College of Ministries in Jackson, MS with a degree in Church Music Education. She is an accomplished musician and has played the piano for over 30 years; classical and worship. Sis. Cash teaches piano and has directed many choirs and music groups throughout the past 20 years.
Sis. Cash is a mom to her two kids, Anthony and Julia while also working alongside her husband in the ministry. She co-founded the Institute for Educational Volunteer Programs that currently teaches English Language and Civics classes to immigrants and refugees. She currently serves on a board of Nashville non-profits for Adult Education Collective Impact in Nashville, TN. Sis.Cash oversees all volunteers for the English Class and Adult Education ministry of PCAN.
