Lead Pastor

Rev. Donald A. Cash was appointed as the Founding Pastor of the Pentecostal Church of All Nations on November 25, 2019, by the United Pentecostal Church International Tennessee District. With over 20 years of ministry experience in Connecticut, North Carolina, and Tennessee, Pastor Cash has faithfully served under respected leaders and remains committed to education, having studied at institutions such as Indiana Bible College and Harvard Business School’s Leadership Program.
In 2010, Pastor Cash envisioned making Middle Tennessee a welcoming home for immigrants and refugees. Through his efforts, thousands have benefitted from educational programs in English, job skills, and naturalization. He also developed a framework for teaching English and Civics classes statewide and equips churches to host these programs.
​In addition to his ministry, Pastor Cash is an accomplished entrepreneur and senior technology leader with over 20 years of experience in IT and business development. By God’s grace, Pastor Cash is committed to building a church that unites people from all nations in Southeast Nashville/Antioch, TN.

Assistant Pastor

Melissa Cash graduated from Jackson College of Ministries in Jackson, MS with a degree in Church Music Education.  She is an accomplished musician and has played the piano for over 30 years; classical and worship.  Sis. Cash teaches piano and has directed many choirs and music groups throughout the past 20 years.   
Sis. Cash is a mom to her two kids, Anthony and Julia while also working alongside her husband in the ministry.  She co-founded the Institute for Educational Volunteer Programs that currently teaches English Language and Civics classes to immigrants and refugees.  She currently serves on a board of Nashville non-profits for Adult Education Collective Impact in Nashville, TN.  Sis.Cash oversees all volunteers for the English Class and Adult Education ministry of PCAN.

Associate Pastor

Rev. James Chaiping serves as the Associate Pastor of the Pentecostal Church of All Nations, bringing a passion for ministry and a dedication to serving the congregation. With a heart for discipleship, Rev. Chaiping focuses on fostering spiritual growth and unity among church members while supporting the vision of the church.
As a committed leader, Rev. Chaiping is involved in various aspects of ministry, including teaching, counseling, and community outreach. His mission is to help individuals strengthen their relationship with God and empower them to live out their faith in every aspect of their lives.
Rev. Chaiping is honored to be part of the diverse and growing community at the Pentecostal Church of All Nations and is excited to see what God continues to do through this ministry.
Pastor Donald A. Cash SR and Melissa Cash along with their children, Anthony and Julia and a small group of believers, founded the Pentecostal Church of All Nations (PCAN) located in Southeast Nashville at the height of the COVID-19 Pandemic of 2020.
